Story of Things is a go-to, thoughtfully curated, online marketplace sharing the unique stories of Australian design and its creators. All products on Story of Things are designed in Australia and ethically made. Story of Things is the brainchild and passion project of Jess Reftel Evans & Martin Reftel of Amorfo Photography and Petrina Turner of Petrina Turner Design.

I styled a series of portraits and studio environments that honoured the individuality of each maker while creating a cohesive visual language for the brand. The goal was to highlight the authenticity, craftsmanship, and creative spirit behind each creative—bringing warmth, personality, and a sense of place to every frame.

This was storytelling through styling at its best—quietly powerful, deeply personal, and proudly Australian.
